We stand by our gear. All Chrome bags carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our footwear and apparel are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

For most bags, we recommend spot cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing as it can damage the waterproof liners and hardware. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
